What is the worst way you have ever had someone ask you for help?
The ones that stick out to me are the times where we would get a cryptic email, the subject line would say “our batch failed” and the text of the email would say “Please fix.”
No other details. That was it. Something failed, and we were asked to fix. And for good measure they would cc: lots of managers, just to piss off as many people as possible (I am guessing here, but I never really asked why they always felt it was necessary to notify everyone in the company that they had no idea what was going on and needed someone else to come in and fix everything for them).
So, what’s the worst way you have ever been asked to help?
