PASS Summit Memories Blog Series – Day 17 – Photo Walks

In 2008 the PASS Summit returned to Seattle. A handful of the folks in my social circle decided to spend Monday morning and afternoon by doing a photowalk. It was one of the standard Fall days in Seattle, you know the type: beautiful clear sky, bright and warm sunshine on your face. We walked for miles and snapped a lot of photos like this one.

I had never done a photowalk before. And I think I may have only done one since. That day was very special, not just for the weather, but for the fact that I could meet a dozen friends in a faraway city and we could just walk around, taking pictures, stopping for a bite to eat, or to shop, and just enjoy the day with each other.

I was with friends that I had grown to know over the years. Friends that I could go to when I needed help. Friends I could rely on.

Friends that I would have never met were it not for PASS.
