A while back I was sent this letter from a local car dealer. I remember reading it once, thinking something was wrong, and then doing a double-take when I read it a second time.
Seriously, WTF?
I keep this letter on my cubical wall as a reminder to always check your work.
The one we all remember was the mailshot from NatWest Bank that got sent out with the letter starting ‘Dear Rich Bastard’

Simple-mistake misplaced humour in the test email, and forgot to swap it out when they went live. We all dread something similar happening to us
