By now I am certain most everyone has heard about this crazy lady who dialed 9-1-1 because a local McDonalds had run out of Chicken McNuggets and would not refund her money.
While having dinner tonight I had this exchange with my six year old daughter:
Me: “What do you do if there is an emergency?”
Her: “Dial 911.”
Me: “If we went to McDonald’s and they were out of Chicken McNuggets, would you dial 911?”
Her (laughing): “Noooooo. That’s silly.”
So, my six year old knows better. That’s a good start, I say.
