For the project I’m currently on we scrapped the whole OLAP concept for a customized CDC/Replication blend I just finished coding up. Now that it is out of the way I can start to focus on some of these other points, mainly #3 as that seems to be one of the biggest bottlenecks here. Thanks for the checklist!

Point 6 regarding checking that you are ALWAYS using the High Performance Power plan is a particular favourite of mine, and I see this oversight out in the field a lot.
