Lots of people who have a lot of stress in their daily schedule. Make a space in your daily schedule to spend some time to get relax, like reading or practicing yoga. Just relaxing for a few minutes each day will reduce our work pressure.

Other than this technique, developing time management skills also help to reduce the stress. I would suggest that everyone should try using time recording software to manage their regular schedule.
