Time Management and Stress Relief

I just posted an excerpt from my book regarding time management and stress relief. I was remind of this topic yesterday while taking a jog during lunch. It ties to something I learned from Jerry Tarkanian during a coaching seminar which was essentially: “If your team is prepared mentally, physically, and emotionally then you won’t get beat.”

Relieving stress goes a long way to achieving the goal of being fully prepared for whatever comes your way.

  1. Good Post! Lots of people who have a lot of stress in their daily schedule. Make a space in your daily schedule to spend some time to get relax, like reading or practicing yoga. Just relaxing for a few minutes each day will reduce our work pressure.

    Other than this technique, developing time management skills also help to reduce the stress. I would suggest that everyone should try using time recording software to manage their regular schedule.
