I was even thinking about writing a post about this, so thanks for doing my work for me. Whenever I get this question I answer it the same way: ABSOLUTELY! When I went to PASS last year, I was an application developer who was working solely in SQL Server. I still didn’t really think of myself as a SQL developer. I went to the conference and I learned a lot from a lot of great people. I also met you. (sigh)
