		<description>Ran into this problem today when trying to upgrade from a SQL 2000 SP4 ENT to SQL 2008 Nov CTP R2.  Big time Doah!  Hard to find anything on this.  Sad that this is not enabled to test upgrading.  Bummer!</description>
