It's For Real Now

I guess it is time to make an official announcement: I am writing a book. It is a professional development piece that I hope will help new DBA’s adjust to their careers. I also hope it will help people that are thinking of becoming a DBA; I want them to understand a little bit about what the job can be like.

In short, I am trying to write the book that I wish someone had written and handed to me the moment I took a job as a DBA.
